Water never stops moving in the body. Scientists have studied the role of water in humans for more than three thousand years, and they still discover new facts! This is possible because water has special properties that help carry oxygen and remove waste.

There are more than three hundred different functions of water in the body. Its role changes depending on the organ. Blood water generally helps transport things more than other water. Today, water is essential for health, sports, and medicine all around the world.
